  • Monday: 9:00 – 17:00
  • Tuesday : 9:00 – 15:00
  • Wednesday: 9:00 – 17:00
  • Thursday: 16:00 – 19:30 ( only on appointment )
  • Friday: 9.00 – 17.00
  • Saturday: every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month and only on appointments
  • Sunday: closed

We are also available outside normal opening hours on an individual basis. Please use our Whatsapp module on the website to get in touch. We will answer all e-mails within 24 hours whenever possible.

The practice is easy to reach. If you are using public transport, take bus 21 or 24 and get off at Cornelis de Wittlaan/Valeriusstraat. When taking a tram, take line 11 or 16 and get off at Groot Hertoginnelaan. If you are coming by car, there is enough parking in the area and very often right in front of the door and parking is free until 13:00 hrs.

Emergency situations

In case of an emergency, bleeding or trauma (for example in case of accidents) outside normal practice hours, please contact emergency department at the Medical Centrum Haaglanden West: (070) 311 0305.

During our opening hours you can call us on (070) 870 1466. We will do our best to help on the same day and as soon as possible.

In case of pain but no emergency (for example in cases where pain is already present for some time) you can contact us via our e-mail.


If, despite all our efforts, you are not entirely satisfied with our service, please discuss any concern with.  We promise we will do our best to make it right.

In case we are not able to resolve the situation between us, you can present your case to the Dentist Information Point. They will be able to steer you in the right direction towards settling your complaint. This is done via the special contact form at

You can also submit your case to the KNMT, the dentists association where our practice is registered. They operate as an independent and neutral party. An independent operative at the KNMT will assist you free of charge in reaching the solution between you and the dentist.

In case it is still not possible to reach an agreement, you can submit your case to the Mondzorg Disputes committee. This costs 75 EUR. The committee consists of five members who will review your case and their decision is final and legally binding.
